We want you to be fully satisfied with every apparel item you purchase from AWA Outfitters. Our return and exchange policy is in addition to your legal rights. We will gladly exchange your apparel item or refund it if you simply change your mind, except as detailed in the Return & Exchange Policy below.
How to return your purchase?
When you decide to return an item, you must first contact us through our contact form. Then, our team will send you an e-mail with the return address.
When returning your purchase please :
- Return the apparel item in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase,
- Make sure the apparel item is in its original condition (unworn and unused),
- Send your original receipt at the time you return the apparel item.
If these requirements are not satisfied, AWA Outfitters reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund.
What happens next?
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days, depending on your credit card company. For your information, we do not refund shipping charges.
We will issue credit for the standard return shipping costs if the return/exchange is a result of our error (wrong, damaged or defective item).
AWA Outfitters will not accept the return of apparel items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy: Underwear, Swimwear and Gift cards. These products can still be returned if they are faulty or do not match the sample or description.
Need to make a change?
When you request an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exchange item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.
